Internship – Animation & VFX Production Assistant
Location: Bucharest (on-site)
Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension)

About Us
Emitter.tv is an animation, VFX, and motion design studio working on projects for both local and international brands. We’re dynamic, creative, and plugged into trends, and we’re looking to help train the next generation of video-production professionals.
Your Role
As a Production Assistant, you’ll be part of our creative and production teams. You’ll support projects at every stage—from planning and organization to final delivery. This internship is a great opportunity to learn how a professional studio operates and to develop practical, hands-on skills.
What You’ll Do
Assist with organizing video projects
Liaise with the creative team, directors, and producers
Help manage equipment and logistics for practical effects
Contribute to research for concepts and mood boards
Support the post-production process
Learn to work within a professional post-production and VFX pipeline
What We’re Looking For
Passion for film, video production, and visual storytelling
Strong organization, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere / After Effects is a plus
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Availability of at least 20 hours/week

Compositor
We’re looking for an amazing compositor. The ideal candidate should bring experience within the advertising industry, handling clients, and be familiar with a Big Studio CGI production pipeline.
Qualifications:
A strong portfolio that demonstrates vast experience and solid knowledge in tracking, keying, roto, clean-up, set extension, matte painting, CG integration, and AOVs workflow.
Strong time management and organizational skills
- Expert verbal and written communication skills (English + Romanian)
- Multitasking and able to handle several projects simultaneously
- Open-minded, efficient, detail-oriented, and an organized team player
Responsibilities:
- Provide correct and realistic timing according to the brief.
- Provide technical and creative solutions for any briefs that require compositing.
- Implement all feedback from Supervisor and Producer.
- Deliver final frames at excellent creative and technical level.
- Clean up projects, maintain folder structures, export necessary steps for making-of videos, archive completed projects.
