Will Matter
We are looking to create a minimalist, full-CG animated film that distills the essence of the Shakespeare Festival 2026 into a fluid, unified visual journey. Each chapter of the festival will be represented through a clear symbolic motif and a distinct textural identity, allowing the story to unfold with simplicity, coherence, and emotional clarity. Our goal is to craft a refined, modern piece that embodies the edition’s theme, Will Matters, and delivers a memorable, elevated narrative experience for audiences and partners alike.

In that regard, we have assembled a curated set of visual references created by us, along with additional materials we consider relevant to the project. These references outline the rhythm, pacing, and transitions between vignettes, clarifying how we move from one symbolic moment to the next. This collection will guide the film’s tone, ensuring a fluid progression, a cohesive visual language, and a narrative flow aligned with the festival’s identity.
The next step in our process is to develop the core narrative structure of the film through a clear script, followed by a detailed storyboard that maps out each vignette visually and rhythmically. Once the story beats are aligned, we will create an animatic to establish timing, flow, and transitions. This will evolve into a full previs phase, allowing us to refine camera movement, composition, and continuity before production. The final stage will consist of rendering and compositing, where all visual elements come together into a polished, cohesive film aligned with the festival’s identity.
